Proposed Code of Conduct
In the past, groups of artists would group together to share ideas and help one another with the many things that went into their particular trade. They created a general Code of Conduct to govern their association and trained newcomers as apprentices and Journeymen. These associations were called Guilds, The guild was made up by experienced and confirmed experts in their field of handicraft. It is my proposal that we form this kind of association for Island Movie Productions.
Below is an draft of my proposal for our Code of Conduct for Island Movie Productions Guild. The precepts start with the responsibility of every member and then add on further responsibilities for Officers, Grand Officers or Founders, and The Guild Leader. Let me know what you think, I am not married to any of this and welcome your input! Thanks, Penny
